Great news! I contacted Sobeys Fredericton today to request the business to come on board with my initiative. However, it turns out that Sobeys Fredericton has already patterned with many food banks and charitable organizations, who take their excess foods, preventing food wastage by the store. This call has also altered my approach to this initiative; I will now begin to target more local businesses who have yet to perhaps join food donation programs.
