The Legality of The Matter

Today, I had received a call back from Michael Spurvey, my contact at the Department of Health. He was very encouraging and interested with the initiative and helped me understand the potential food safety and health concerns through my program. The big takeaway from our conversation, however, was that my idea did not require licensing as the businesses that I would be contacting would be licensed themselves.
